We don't accept cancellation requests if the package is delayed.

If your product is broken or it has any defects, we will exchange it for free and you don't need to ship the items back to us. We don't accept a refund request in this case. Please contact us in maximum of 5 days from delivery!
If you have changed your mind and no more need the product, we won't be able to issue a refund.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com - we will replace your purchase after confirmation.
When can I ask a refund?
We ask you to send us the detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the address where you can mail the product you would like to return for store credit refund, full refund or exchange.
To assure your refund please use a traceable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund or refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In some cases, we won't be able to offer you a refund, but only a store credit refund!
Return or Exchange of Bunion Corrector
We're not hiding anything, our return policy is strict due to the nature of our products. Our products are non-refundable for sanitary purposes.
There are NO cash or credit refunds, but we will work with you to get you the correct product you ordered if there were issues with what you receive such as damaged goods, or we've sent you the wrong item.
If you do not follow the return policy and you send us a product back this is not in its original condition we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product is as described and if it works properly!
If your item hasn't reached you, but it shows to be delivered, you must contact the carrier and get a lost report. Only in this case we will be able to ship it again.
Please do not wear the Bunion Corrector before checking the size you have ordered is correct. Check the size and return it to us immediately if you think you need a smaller or larger size. Bunions Correctors should fit snugly on your foot and should not be too tight, or too loose. We are unable to exchange if the item has been worn or tried. Bunion Corrector should be in original condition with packaging and be post marked up to 14 Days from the date of receiving the order. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage and insurance.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your exchange/refund once we receive it. After your item is accepted for exchange or refund, a credit for the purchase price (less the shipping, handling and restocking fee of $4.95 per item) will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase. If, for any reasons, you don't like the Bunion Corrector ordered, we are able to exchange it with another product. Returning costs will be paid by the customer.
We can't offer you a refund if you don't want the product anymore. Kindly check the "Invalid Reasons" below.

If the size doesn't fit, we will exchange it!
Please make sure you check each size chart for each shoes you buy! There is no standard size chart because of the nature of the shoes.The returning costs are not refundable. Please check the size chart twice before ordering and remember that the size written on the sole is the CH size!
Please provide the clear measurement picture of your foot length very clearly.

Return of Bunion Sandals
If the quality is not as expected, we can accept a return for an exchange with any other product.
If you changed your mind, we won't be able to issue a refund.
If you think the shoes can't help you with the bunions, please make sure you are 100% sure of your purchase, otherwise, we won't be able to accept a refund request. We also highly recommend you to check the FAQ'S page.
If you no longer need the product, in case it arrived later than expected, we won't be able to accept the request.
If the product is faulty, we will exchange it for free.
Please contact us in maximum 14 days from receiving the package!
We do everything we can to get your order to you in an efficient and timely manner. Upon receipt, should you choose to refuse delivery of the shipment, and allow the shipment to be returned to us, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you received a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping and handling fees that would normally have been charged will be also deducted from your refund. If you paid the usual shipping and handling fees associated with your orders, these will not be refunded as per our regular Returns policy.
When returning a gift for refund, we are only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift. If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, we will be glad to do so. Please refer to our exchange policy.
Incorrect Merchandise Received
If you received an item in error, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately for further instructions on how to return this item so that we may provide you with the item you originally requested.
Damaged/Defective Products Returns
If an item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions on how to return this item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Please contact us in maximum 24h from placing the order so we can make sure it can be cancelled.
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Bunion Free.
The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
